Franklin County Public Library

The Franklin County Public Library in Brookville is originally a Carnegie building built in 1910. There have been earlier additions to the Carnegie, but this project extends under an operational alley that allows for a connection to new space for the children’s, teen and staff offices on the lower level and flexible meeting space on the upper level. A grand and bright two-story atrium with interior stairs matching to exterior stairs allows patrons to have access to a new entrance on the north side of the Library with parking for after-hours meetings.
