Our team at krM Architecture worked with a local developer on initial scoping examination for a new event center to serve the City of Noblesville and host the G-League of the Indiana Pacers franchise. The purpose of scoping period was to explore the opportunity to develop a first-class facility that benefits players and fans, but also an opportunity to ensure such facility would create multi-use benefits that help enrich the local community. We examined how the approach to the design and development of the Events Center and Parking Garage could be conducted in the most cost-efficient manner while still ensuring first class accommodations and long-term sustainability.
