Currently under construction, the Varsity Loft Apartments is an adaptive infill project giving new life to a challenging site in the Old Northside Neighborhood of Indianapolis. The apartments will feature modern design and luxury spaces in one of Indy’s fastest growing neighborhoods in the heart of the city.
Residents access their units through a unique elevated courtyard on the second floor which provides a peaceful outdoor space and connection to nature. Each unit’s interior features impressive kitchen and bath design, hard floors throughout, in-unit laundry, high ceilings, smart home technology, and dynamic daylighting.
The project will be completed Summer 2022.
