This new development in Aurora, IL, a suburb of Chicago, is a 50-acre, multi-use entertainment district. Announced by city officials in January 2024, the development will be within walking distance of one of the Chicago area’s most popular outlet malls.
This new development will be anchored by a large sports facility and is being developed by Card and Associates to include a wide range of different amenities.
