The Fall Creek Middle School at Hamilton Southeastern Schools remained fairly untouched since it was originally constructed in 1998. krM designed a major renovation to modernize the school that has been serving HSE students for over 25 years. The renovation includes updates to interior and exterior finishes, correction of building envelope issues, updates to mechanical, fire, and public address systems, furniture replacement, kitchen updates, and improvements to the playground and parking lot.
The project is approximately $28.9 million dollars, and will encompass 137,218 square feet of renovations. Completion of the renovations are expected in January 2026. Plans include carefully phasing the construction in four critical phases so that the school can remain open throughout the duration of the work.
