The Hickory Junction development is a hospitality and entertainment district anchored by a multi-sport fieldhouse in Lebanon, IN. The mixed-use development, a major step in the growth of Lebanon, will also feature a medical office building in partnership with a major medical group, hotels, apartments, and other amenities.
Our team was integrated in the early planning stages to lay out the master plan for the 95-acre development. As part of the overall planning, krM generated design standards for the district to ensure future development was in line with the developer’s goals and the city’s vision.
