The new Mishawaka Youth Sports Facility is a 220,000 square-foot indoor athletic complex housing ten multi-purpose athletic courts, one turf fields, three batting cages, a weight room, viewing mezzanine, concessions, bleachers, and medical spaces.

The project will also includes a high-end pickleball facility with twelve courts that can be equipped with spectator areas for indoor tournaments and leagues.
Achieved by partnership between Card & Associates and the City of Mishawaka, the facility opened in October of 2024.
