At 122,800 square feet, the Community Sports and Wellness Center in Pendleton, Indiana provides an array of fitness amenities and accommodates large group athletic programs. The design strategy used a pre-engineered metal building system to drive down costs and create a large volume space.
Through the partnership of a private developer, and a local healthcare provider (Community Health Network), our design team worked with multiple stakeholders to make the vision of the facility a reality.
While the majority of the space is dedicated to sports and fitness, the building also includes daycare and a mix of finished office and tenant space.
